Eamon B.A., A.C.M.A., Dipl Law, A.I.I.T. qualified as a chartered management accountant, working mainly in the financial services sector, before coming to the Bar in 1994 and joining chambers in 1996.
As a tax barrister he practises in VAT, duties, direct taxes (both corporate and personal) with related European Community and human rights aspects of taxation also.
In addition to advisory work Eamon undertakes a range of litigation. For VAT in particular he has wide experience before the VAT & Duties Tribunals in both assessment and evasion cases.
Eamon’s accounting knowledge particularly relevant to tax matters includes several years financial reporting and internal audit work. He also serves on the London Society of Chartered Accountants Tax Committee.
